I’ve been terrible at running the past few weeks due to my recent work schedule. I will be back on the pavement tomorrow morning. We will see what happens. In the mean time I am looking for juicing & healthy lunch options, any tips will help, thanks!

I’m sure your wondering what’s the deal with all these screenshots of #mapmyrun. Well as of 2 days ago I’ve began training for my very first half marathon. How long is a half marathon? Its basically 13.1 miles of strength, sweat, determination to reach the finish line which I am going to conquer in ideally 2 hours. Right now I’m averaging about 13-16 mins a mile-I hope will get better as the months progress.

Since turning 29 last year, I have nothing but reevaluate my life thus far. From the personal, the work, and family I feel I can do a lot to make me be a better person.
